We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support and grow our business throughout the Midwest region.
This is an opportunity to join a growing company with established customers, strong market recognition, company-generated leads, and significant opportunity for territory expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business within their region.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow sales with existing dealers, distributors, and business partners
- Recruit and develop new dealers, distributors, and strategic partners
- Build relationships with contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, and showroom personnel
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer visits
- Identify and develop new project opportunities
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Coordinate with inside sales and customer support personnel to ensure exceptional customer service
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Expand market awareness and sales throughout the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the stone, tile, masonry, hardscape, flooring, architectural products, building materials, or related industries
- Experience working with dealers, contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, and showrooms
- Business development, account management, outside sales, or territory management experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a multi-state territory

Travel Requirements
