QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to build relationships and enjoy a team atmosphere, in addition to having the following:

  • One or more years of experience in the tile, design, masonry, or coverings industry.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to effectively multi-task and handle deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • General computer skills including Microsoft 365, Quickbooks, Salesforce.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with field sales associates and customers.
  • Provide customer quote and process customer orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve customer issues.
  • Thoroughly understand our value-proposition and product portfolio and match it to customer needs.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and communicate information to the field.
