Merchandise Associate – Full Time
Qualifications:
• Individual must be self-disciplined, computer literate, quality and process-oriented, and able to operate in a team environment
• Prior creative experience, including product layout, mood boards, new product development and design
• Takes pride in the quality of their work and servicing customers
• Must be capable of physical work, prioritizing multiple tasks, and have solid interpersonal skills
• A college degree is not required
• Stong organizational skills
• Tile layout and installation experience, including grout and substrate knowledge
Responsibilities:
• Will work with sample and merchandise managers to develop and execute unique and functional stone and tile samples and displays for customers, tile and stone showrooms, and design libraries
• Merchandise program design to maximize product presentations
• Will work closely with other team members to fulfill sample orders on time with zero errors
• Sample and merchandise production, including operation of wet and dry saws
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
