Natural stone from Northern Ontario has been popular for many decades and frequently used by top landscape architects and designers. There are many popular limestones and granites found in this part of the Ontario province including Wiarton Buff, Algonquin limestone, Eramosa, and Gray Buff. While aesthetically beautiful, these natural stones are sometimes difficult to get and almost always quite expensive in price.
Algonquin solves both of these challenges. With the light buff colour and natural veining / stone fleury, Algonquin is the perfect replica of Algonquin limestone found in the Owen Sound region of Ontario. This natural stone has warmth and character, and we have perfected the light veining that clients love with the subtle clean sandblasted texture.
Similar to all other Realstone outdoor porcelain pavers, the Algonquin is anti-slip and low maintenance due to its lack of pores. This makes it the perfect choice for any pool deck, patio, walkway, façade, or even driveway (when installed on a concrete base).
